​As a Canadian living in Germany since 2008, I know firsthand what it's like to navigate a second language—the frustration, the self-doubt, the feeling of being "less than" when you can't express yourself clearly. That experience taught me something crucial: language learning isn't just about grammar and vocabulary. It's about building the confidence to use what you know.
